Easy Cheap Recipes
Cheap Easy Chicken Casserole- 1 Roll of Ritz Crackers
- 4 tbsp. butter or margarine
- 8 oz. tub of sour cream
- 8 oz. can of Cream of Chicken Soup
- 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F.Boil chicken in a large pot until cooked all the way through.In a medium bowl, combine sour cream and cream of chicken soup. Mix together thoroughly. Put in the bottom of a small casserole dish. When chicken is done, cut into bite-size pieces. Place chicken on top of the sour cream and soup mixture. Then put shredded cheese on top. Next, crush the Ritz crackers on top and place butter pats on top of the casserole. Cover the dish. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Cheap Easy Meatloaf Recipe - 1 can beef vegetable soup
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 onion, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
Mix soup well or put in a blender. Combine all ingredients and place in baking dish. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees or until done. Will be soft at first and gets firmer as it cools down. Easy Cheap Apple Crisp 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon2 teaspoons lemon juice1/4 cup water1 cup sugar6 peeled and sliced apples3/4 cup flour1/4 teaspoon salt6 tablespoons butterCombine cinnamon, lemon juice, water, and half of the sugar in the bottom of a small baking pan. Slice apples and place in pan. Blend remaining half of sugar, flour, salt and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples and pat down.Bake at 375°F . for 45-50 minutes, until apples are tender and crust browns. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
