Frugal Stay At Home Moms

I have found that the best way to save money and be frugal during the current economic crisis that has effected just about everyone, is to look before you shop. I go to the website of my local grocery store, for example, and check to see what’s on sale. It’s a great way to save money on groceries and household products.
There are also a number of other ways to save money, such as turning lights off in rooms you’re not using. I also try to give my babies baths all at once. Fortunately they’re three and four years old so this isn’t very hard to do.
Another thing I find helpful is to turn the water off when I’m brushing my teeth until I need to rinse my mouth.
Lastly, hanging laundry to dry is a great way to save energy. And of course, turn the heat down at night when you’re snuggled up under your warm covers!
