Homemade Gift Certificates

by Nat
(Montreal Qc. Ca.)

Homemade gift certificates are one of the most common and creative money saving gift ideas.

In essence it is a compilation of certificates indicating an offer for a specific event which can be called upon at any time or on a specific date by the certificate holder.

Of course very creative and fun to make, the very fact that a homemade gift certificate includes of course gifts specific to a person’s preferences makes it a very personalized and intimate gift.

One might prefer a favorite homemade dinner, or perhaps an offer for a favor whenever needed. Even romantic events on perhaps a lover’s birthday certificate.

A homemade gift certificate is not a very complicated gift to construct either. Keep it simple or spice it up.

I remember as a child, making 5 simple certificates out of construction paper for my father on father's day each with this written in the center: "1 morning tea to be made when asked for, without complaints."
lol.

Of course as a child I knew that fuss we might put up sometimes and knew that alone was a nice gift. As well as the morning tea I knew my father always had without fail.
