When it comes to frugal living for singles, most people are unsure of how to live frugally when they are single and living alone. Really it’s not too hard if you set your mind to it.
My first tip for a frugal single is to stop eating out so much. It’s actually cheaper to eat in your home than it is to eat out every single day.
Prepare your own food and utilize leftovers. Many places offer ideas to turn leftovers into something new. You can save TONS of money a year doing this.
When you’re single and trying to live frugally it can be hard since it gets boring at times. So my second tip is don’t go out all the time.
Skip random trips to the bar or shopping out of boredom. Instead find something that you like to do such as: reading, crafts, surfing the net or watching movies. These things are free and of course are more frugal than spending $30 at the bar.
Enjoy your single life but cut back on things that are unnecessary. You then will be well on your way to living the Single and Frugal life.
